Anyone who has met me, knows how much I love desserts. I could always skip the main course and go right for the sweets right after appetizers or a salad. My two favorite sweet things involve cheesecake and of course red velvet which is appropriate for this time of year! The holidays can be a time of decadence! I try and stick to small portions if I can to try. With all the last minute running around for Christmas, I also do not want to spend too much time trapped in the kitchen!
